Full story
Arranged over two levels and measuring between 105 and 115 m2, this Naoussa villa suits larger families and groups of friends who want room to spread out without losing sight of each other. The upper floor holds the master bedroom and a bathroom alongside a sitting room with two sofa beds, a fireplace and the kitchen, so mornings and late evenings tend to gather here.
Downstairs there is further bedroom space and a second bathroom, bringing the total to two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeping for up to seven. Interiors are kept deliberately simple, minimal in style and colour, which lets the light and the sea views do the work.
There is a dining area indoors, a balcony, and generous verandas and yards outside, plus a terrace looking out to sea and garden views from other angles. Air conditioning and ceiling fans handle the summer, heating and the fireplace cover cooler months, and a kitchenette supplements the main kitchen when several people are cooking at once.
Housekeeping is provided, along with a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.
