Bohemian exclusive villa. Crete Villa Athina is a 2-floor, 245 sq.m. villa, nestled in the picturesque, hilltop town of Koutouloufari. It overlooks the port of Hersonissos, with uninhibited views of its harbor and the Mediterranean Sea.
Crete Villa Ariana is truly unique. True to craft and creativity. Each of the four bedrooms ambiates style and simplicity through its’ organic forms. Each has its’ own, private balcony with fascinating views. Be it the blue of the Aegean Sea to the north, or the breathtaking saltwater beach entry pool to the south. Each has internet access and is air-conditioned. The master bedroom sits at the north of the home, with an unοbstructed view of the sea and port. It has private access to the main bathroom with its’ striking jacuzzi.
The ground floor is a single-scope area for relaxing, dining, and cooking. The living room attracts you to unwind in its transient beauty and comfortable aura. The kitchen is spacious and contains all you will need to prepare your meals, coffee, or drinks. The dining area will seat all guests comfortably. On the ground floor, there is also a second bathroom with a double shower which is adjacent to the pool area.

It is known for its traditional architecture, an amphitheatrically-like village that combined with the cobblestone paved streets, offers an outstanding feeling for every visitor. Its traditional taverns serve Cretan traditional dishes, amongst other cuisines, and provide a quiet and rather romantic atmosphere with the mountainside view down Hersonissos town and coastline. It is 500 meters from the busy cosmopolitan town of Hersonissos with its’ vibrant nightlife and a multitude of shops. It is also within 1 kilometer of some of the loveliest beaches in Crete, and a great holiday destination that suits a multitude of tastes.
