Mykonos Villa Adam, a breathtaking villa situated at 100 meters distance from the sea in the area of Kanalia. It has a panoramic view of the center of Mykonos overlooking “ Little Venice “ , the windmills as well as the harbour.
The internal and external spaces are drawn with luxury in mind, offering the beholder to enjoy any imaginable luxuries while on vacation.
Located on a stunning plot of land of 5700 sq.m., our villa consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 m2. Build with the outmost luxury elements, the villa offers you the unique chance to enjoy comfort, elegance, relaxation, recreation and hospitality in the highest degree.
The spacious ground floor accommodates superb sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a WC. On the upper floor you will find an independent guest room with its own private entrance. At the lower lever we offer an adjoining indoor pool / spa. Furthermore, there are rooms available for personnel, a large storage room as well as a boiler room.
It is also accommodating two bedrooms on the upper level and four bedrooms and a laundry at the ground level. All bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Moreover, there is an additional room in the upper floor of the building.

The outdoor area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and private verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The villa is accessed by a private road and parking area is provided.
