Villa Magnolia Two has exceptional panoramic sea views of Megali Ammos Bay, in the south of Mykonos offering unpassed sunset views, while Mykonos Town and the iconic Windmills are within walking distance. The villa is easily accessed by the main road behind a secure parking gate. It is dressed by traditional walled gardens with olive trees. The traditional building structures utilize agrarian stone architecture, aligning with silky smooth white walls.
Villa Magnolia Two is spacious and spreads across 2 levels.
The upper/main level is comprised of the master suite, a salon, a kitchen, a dining area and a guest toilet. The dining room table accommodates 6 people in comfort, as does the salon area. A sun terrace runs the length of the building, perfect for that first cup of coffee breathing in the morning air and exhaling the night before.
The lower level is comprised of 2 separate suites with salons and patios. The main level patio area encompasses a large built in seating area that is shaded by a pergola, sun loungers and an infinity pool.
The patio wraps around the rear of the villa leading to a stairway directly down to the pedestrian gate to town. All of the patio areas have a full view of Megali Ammos and Canalia in the distance.
