Villa Pericleous is located in a very peaceful area on the beautiful island of Mykonos and offers an ideal setting for a dream vacation. The house is built over a hill in between "Agios Lazaros" & Ornos village, overlooking the peaceful Ornos bay, only a 3 min driving distance from the beautiful Psarou beach (with the famous Nammos beach club) and 5 min ride from Ornos village and beach and the famous maintown of Mykonos.
The property is expanded in 3 levels and here is a short description of the villa's 3 levels.
Αt the ground floor there is a living room with an extendable dining table (can accommodate up to 6 persons) and a single anatomic sofa bed, that can be used if necessary. There is also a wall mounted TV set in this room, and a mini-kitchenette, with a small fridge, and two cooking places. Plates, forks, spoons etc. are available for our guests. On site, there is also a filter coffee machine, two toasters and a mini radio.
At this level there are 3 bedrooms available. One bedroom can accommodate 3 persons. There is a double bunk for 2 adults or children, and under the lower bed, you can pool an extra bed with its own maitress.
The other 2 bedrooms can accommodate 2 persons each in double beds. Pool towels can be found in the room's closets. Also, in each closet (one per room) a safe box with a key can be found. Both rooms communicate with the internal yard through external doors. There are also 2 independent bathrooms in this level with 24h hot water supply through a solar panel.
At the 1st floor (at pool level) there is a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a fridge, a dish washing machine, a kitchen,a toaster, an espresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. In this level there is also the main living room of the house with a fire place, a couch and two armchairs. There is a TV set in this room and a guest WC. This level communicates with the very spacious terrace where the swimming pool and the pergola are found.
At the 2nd floor we find a bedroom with double bed, while there is also an independent en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view over Ornos bay and Tinos island. In this room there is another wall mounted TV set, a radio/multiple CD player and a roof fan with light.
The villa has its own private, very spacious terrace, with beautiful views.
There is a small private swimming pool and a large pergola with a BBQ place, a very long dining table and a built outdoor couch with maitress. There are also available for use, a very spacious outdoor couch and two armchairs.
