The Main House is the heart of the villa, featuring a spacious open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the interior and exterior spaces. It includes a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room ideal for gathering, and an elegant indoor dining area. This central structure also houses two generously sized en-suite double bedrooms, as well as a convenient guest WC. Large sliding doors open onto the expansive terrace, allowing for effortless indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the pool and lounge areas.
The Guest House offers additional privacy and comfort, making it ideal for guests or extended family members. It includes three spacious en-suite double bedrooms, all designed with minimal, calming aesthetics and direct access to the outdoor surroundings. A cozy communal area within the guest house includes a kitchenette and a sitting area, offering guests their own space to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or prepare a light meal independently from the main kitchen.
The outdoor layout of the villa is designed to take full advantage of the stunning views and natural light. A 14x5 meter private infinity pool stretches out toward the sea, surrounded by sunbeds and multiple lounging zones. Shaded pergolas house an outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounging corner, perfect for long summer lunches, sunset aperitifs, or late-night gatherings under the stars. A private shaded parking area completes the layout, ensuring ease and convenience for guests throughout their stay.
