Overview

Luxury Apartment by K&K with a private outdoor hot tub is located in Oia. Renovated in 2025, is a comfortable suite with balcony and hot tub and shared pool.

**Photoshoots or videoshoots in all spaces of the unit are not allowed without the host's prior knowledge.
Visitors are not allowed without the host's prior knowledge.
Parties and events can be accommodated upon request and at an extra cost.
It is mandatory for foreign guests to show their passport to the host upon
check in. Guests from Greece are obliged to give their TIN (ΑΦΜ).
Please be informed that as of 01/01/2024 we are obliged by Greek Law to collect the new “Environmental fee”. The fee is 0.50 euros per day for stays from 01/11 to 29/02 and 2.00 euros per day for stays from 01/03 to 31/10. The fee is to be paid by the guest in cash upon arrival and we issue a separate receipt other than the receipt or invoice for the stay.
