Beautifully presented 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location of Theseus Village, offering spectacular sea views stretching towards Paphos. Just a short stroll through picturesque gardens leads to the communal swimming pool.
The open-plan living and dining area features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to two private balconies with sunbeds and dining table. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops and modern appliances, including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed (zip & lock for twins), fitted wardrobes, and parquet flooring. The bathroom includes a bath with shower, vanity unit, and WC.
Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, the Retreat Spa, golf clubhouse, and tennis academy, making this an ideal base for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday.
Apartments include below services:
- Mid-stay cleaning service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
- 5 hours complimentary access to the Kids Club (3-12yrs), per property for 7 days and more. Pre-booking required. Creche is excluded.
- A welcome parcel is provided.
Note: Sleeps up to 3 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot can be added free of charge.
- Additional children and infant in properties ( under 3 years old) will be free on accommodations ONLY.
- The extra bed can be replaced by another baby cot.

All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
