This cosy two bedroom ground-floor apartment at Helios Heights Village is perfect for families or sun seekers. It features a spacious garden with sea views and a built-in barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The open-plan living area includes a corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen has fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, and all essential utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower, and patio access. The second bedroom has two single beds and an adjacent bathroom. The patio and garden are furnished with a dining table and chairs, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and scenery.
