Known affectionately as the “phantom villa” this iconic property, built in the late 1960s, was once a hidden gem glimpsed only in passing. The first private home in Mykonos to feature its own pool, it has since earned a devoted following. Designed with authentic Greek décor, the villa offers total seclusion, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, and unforgettable sunsets - promising a truly treasured experience.

Ideally located just a five-minute walk from Belvedere Mykonos Hotel, the villa balances serene privacy with easy access to the vibrant energy of Mykonos Town. Fully designed by Concept Boarding and serviced by Belvedere Hotel, it exudes cosmopolitan luxury while maintaining a cozy, tranquil atmosphere.

The villa comprises three suites, each ranging from 50m² to 76m²-  accommodating up to 9 guests in total, with built-in butler service and approximately 725m² of outdoor space.

Located just 350m from the main Belvedere Hotel, this property offers stunning views of the iconic Mykonos windmills and the Aegean Sea. Guests enjoy full access to the main Belvedere complex, where they can experience standout dining at Matsuhisa Mykonos by world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the Belvedere Pool Club, and Iodio — a seasonal pop-up from Athens led by Michelin-starred chef Giorgianna Hiliadaki. They may also unwind at the Wellness Spa, shop at the Belvedere Boutique, or stay active in our fitness studio.
