Athiri House, a Villa with pool in Corfu near Barbati, is a 2500 square meter property overlooking the Ionian Sea. Located in the North Corfu countryside, on the hillside close to Spartillas village, and surrounded by olive trees, is within a short drive to the Barbati beach. Its panoramic position offers views of the surrounding olive groves and the sea, giving a true feeling of nature and serenity.
With an eclectic mix of stylish and contemporary design, the villa has a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The architectural design of exposed stone walls, the elegant fireplace and the carefully chosen pieces of furniture combine with the excellent lighting the fresh interiors and the colourful details. All balconies are framed with safety glass so as not to obscure the view.
The villa features an ample living room with an open, modern and well – equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area where you can enjoy your meals with the view of Corfu. The living room features two different spots for relaxation with modern, comfortable sofas. On this floor there is one single bedroom and a spacious shower room which both meet all the regulations for people with disabilities. The patios and balconies surrounding this area give a fantastic view of the garden and an amazing view the property. The decoration with its eclectic artwork and fresh colours provide a feeling of pleasure and serenity while the facilities and the ample spaces provide all the comfort you need.
The other three individually styled rooms are decorated with carefully chosen and renovated antique pieces that harmoniously combine with the modern and elegant furniture. The master bedroom has one king size bed and an area with a sofa that you can sit and relax. The en-suite shower room has double washbasins and all amenities. The decoration with its eclectic artwork and fresh colours provide a feeling of pleasure and serenity while the facilities and the ample spaces provide all the comfort you need.
On the lower level of the villa the visitor will find a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The bedroom features a seating area and follows the designing line of the other rooms. Patios from the bedroom provide access to the garden at the front of the house. The beds in the twin bedrooms can be converted into double beds with a mattress topper on request. All bedrooms are equipped with elegant Coco-Mat mattresses, linen and bathrobes.
A private gated drive leads to the villa and the lawned garden with trees and flowers. The outdoor sitting and dining areas are protected by tents where you get the most delicious feeling of floating above the island and the sea, and nothing can disturb the sense of serenity that overwhelms you.
