Kokomo Villas are located on a hill overlooking the bay of Lygaria in the greater area of Agia Pelagia. It can be reached from Heraklion/Heraklion Airport in about 25 minutes. It is easily accessible from the Highway and ideal as a base for exploring places of interest. Although close to various magnificent beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, it is also perfect for relaxing in privacy.

Villa Gaia hosts 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The front bedroom offers panoramic sea view and direct access to the front veranda. The back bedroom offers direct access to the beautiful backyard. The living-room with a gorgeous view of the sea is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen and dining room and opens out to the veranda. The front outdoor area is exceptionally spacious and the view is a delight to the eyes. It offers a private swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, lounge poufs, barbeque (gas) and dining area.

LOCATION

Villa Gaia is a new luxury villa rental located a mere 20km from the Heraklion city center and approximately 22km from the Heraklion International Airport. The pristine Lygaria Beach is only 400m from the holiday rental villa and there is a minimarket (Super Market Apostolis) just 200m away.
There are many popular restaurants, cafés, and bars in the surroundings for guests to dine at, including Tavern Stelios (7 minutes), Amazona Restaurant, Bar & Art Gallery (13 minutes), and Thigaterra - The Art of Slow Food (18 minutes). The motorway is 2km from the holiday villa, as is the nearest petrol station. The closest hospital is the University Hospital of Heraklion (20km) and there are amenities including shops, bakeries, and pharmacies in nearby Agia Pelagia (2.9km).
