The Villa has been built with focus and care in the detail offering you the greatest holiday experience in Crete. Unparalleled sea views combined with peace and tranquility while sitting on the sun beds by the pool or while lounging outside at the large table for 12 guests under a pergola. It is surrounded by 3000 meters of land making it ideal for various celebrations of up to 300 people. Villa Imperial is standing proudly on the top of a hill overlooking the bay at the end of a private driveway. It is a two store building with 6 double bedrooms and with 6 en suite bathrooms designed with style and with the latest high class specifications such as granite tiles, high pressure jet showers, marble surfaces and gold finishes. The living room has a large cable/satellite flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. Internet Wi-Fi and air condition are available. The kitchen is all white and mirror black splashed color, it is fully equipped and it is made with a minimal design for extra comfort. There is also dining area and sitting area next to the kitchen that leads to the rest of the house. Parking and safe are available as well.

LOCATION
For those wishing to rest quietly at a nearby beach, there is a path that leads to the rocky side of the Loutraki sea. The local area of the Marathi is a lovely place with many gulfs and beaches and attracts many guests every year. Nearby town of Chania is a culturally advanced location with many shops, bars , restaurants and well known for its old Venetian harbor.
