Family villa is part of a small complex of three villas. Τhey offer 3-bedroom villas with private pools and jacuzzi. They are located 18 km from Rethymno, a vibrant city with Venetian castle and port. The complex offers 360 degrees with vineyards, olive trees and the sea. The Villas are 5 km from the nearest beach and 3 km from the ancient city of Eleftherna.

All elegant two-storey villas has a sun terrace and balcony. When entering to the Villa, you can see the living room, the kitchen, the dining area, a twin bedroom and a wc/shower. On the first floor there is the master bedroom that includes a large bathroom with spa bath and shower, and there is also a twin bedroom with wc/shower. Bathrobes, beach towels, toiletries and slippers.
The villas are fully air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV and CD / DVD player. All have a living room with fireplace and kitchen with washing machine, electric oven, fridge / freezer and toaster.

LOCATION

Skouloufia, one of the most beautiful and traditional villages of Crete, located 17km southeast of Rethymno and 5 km from the sea. The village is ideal for relaxation and as a base for touring the many historical and natural attractions of the region, all year round. Located about 5 km there is the ancient Eleftherna and the historic Arkadi, while 12 km away is the traditional village of Margarites.
The area has historical monuments from the Byzantine era and the Venetian occupation. There are also buildings like a fountain built by the Turks, with inscription in Arabic. In the village we find old Byzantine churches, with ornate carvings and a complex of well-preserved buildings from the Venetian era. In Skouloufia there is a tavern with traditional cuisine and cafe is open all hours. Located 2km from the Salvia Villas is Super market.
