This is the setting of Camelia, a meticulously designed getaway nestled in a luxurious 4-storey condo, set in Voula’s Panorama -the name being a giveaway for the area’s most prominent feature.

The apartment itself echoes the Athenian riviera’s ambiance: lavish and stylish yet decorated in a way that makes it feel relaxed and intimate. Modernist elements with clean lines and sensuous curves come together to create rooms that are striking and sumptuous. To take full advantage of the available room and light, the owner-cum-designer carved out an open space for the living room, dining area and kitchen, forming well balanced areas that flow harmoniously into each other. A sliding partition that disappears into the wall is used to divide the living room into two separate areas, creating a third bedroom. The bed is, too, recessed into the wall to open the space up during daytime, hiding it behind an elegant wood veneer that perfectly matches the calming beige-and-wood ambiance. This feeling of opulent minimalism is elevated by luxe materials, plush fabrics and a well-thought lighting system that introduces a handsome interplay between light and shadow, setting the mood and highlighting the sculptural lines of the furnishings.

The master bedroom is a monochrome oasis, with light shades of wood and earthy beige tones that conjure and air of quiet luxury. Each element, from the travertine wall panel to the hidden lighting and the in-room bathtub, is guided by the same design language and a focus on elegance and comfort. This also applies to the common bathroom, a minimal interpretation of a Turkish bath which includes an actual hammam that will leave your skin glowing and your soul pampered. The third bedroom, though compact in size, offers a cozy and functional space for guests with a sofa bed able to be transformed into a single or adouble queen size bed. It features an ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

The versatile sofa bed can be easily transformed into either a queen-size bed or two single beds, ensuring flexibility to suit your needs. Despite its smaller dimensions, this room is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and utility.
