Tucked in the pool level of a luxury condo, this sleek 70sq.m. pad is a small gem that celebrates minimalism, allowing its surroundings to take center stage. Despite its small size, the interior feels bright and airy thanks to strategic design choices such as an open layout, floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a palette mostly in white and beige to reflect the light and create a feeling of spaciousness. The living area acts both as a lounge and a bedroom, while the kitchen is separated by a partition that also serves as a dining table, highlighting the space’s interconnectedness. Echoing this interplay of aesthetic and functionality, the space is furnished with modernist, clean-lined pieces that are comfortable as they are stylish.

The main attraction of the studio, however, is its connection to the outdoors. The wall on the front side of the apartment is replaced by full height sliding glass doors that transition to the swimming pool. Because the pool area is communal, the glass doors are lined with curtains to offer the option of privacy. However, the minute you draw back the curtains, the boundary between inside and out disappears, opening the interior to a seamless vista that starts from the turquoise water of the pool and ends at the dazzling blue of the Saronic gulf in the distance.
