The 3-bedroom Villa Matilda is located in Agios Lazaros area of Mykonos island overlooking the renowned Psarou Bay. The Villa in Psarou is built on a plot of about 3,5 acres, in amphitheater location, close to its sister Henrietta Villa in Psarou also, occupying a total area of approximately 200 sq.m on two levels, comprising of an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, 1 WC for quests and 1 exterior studio ideal for service staff or guests.
Villa Matilda has been developed through the bold rupture of old and new, by preserving the natural rock at some interior areas as a distinctive decorative element, that manages to create a unique sense of communication between the past and modern age. The spacious living room (with a fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with all modern appliances. The villa features full air conditioning, WIFI, flat screen tv and alarm system.
The villa was built for true outdoor living and that can be easily acknowledged once you lay your eyes on the expansive infinity edge pool and the amazing outdoor dining table that offers impeccable views of Psarou Beach. The picturesque views combined with Cycladic aesthetics and contemporary interiors make Villa Matilda a perfect getaway in Mykonos island.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

- Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation.
- Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
- Security deposit 1500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

- Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
- Security deposit 1500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
