The maisonette 3B, located in front of the central swimming pool. It is a big and luxurious accommodation consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 master bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two twin beds, all with their own en suite bathrooms) that can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a relaxing veranda for its guests who enjoy full access to the central swimming pool and have a parking space reserved for them. The maisonette 3B offers vast breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and both the old and the new harbor of Mykonos. It has air conditioning and central heating systems and an electrical generator installed to be used in case of an emergency, while there are TV and Wi-Fi internet connection and all necessary kitchen equipment provided.

Payment policies:
For reservations more than 3 months prior to check-in:
- Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
- Balance 60% of the amount 3 months prior to arrival.
- Security deposit 500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

- Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
