This luxurious 5-bedroom villa on the peaceful Eastern plateau offers stunning panoramic sea views and elegant, fully air-conditioned living spaces. Perfect for families, it features a gated driveway, opulent entrance, and lavish furnishings throughout.
The lounge boasts a stone fireplace, leather sofas, and chandeliers, opening via French doors to the bright pool terrace and garden. The large kitchen diner includes high-end Gaggenau appliances, a spacious dining table, and a lounge area with TV. Outdoor dining is available on the terrace.
The ground floor has a guest cloakroom and a double bedroom with en-suite and pool access. Upstairs, the master suite features a private balcony, Jacuzzi bath, and “his and hers” vanity. Two more double bedrooms, one with en-suite and balconies, share a bathroom.
Enjoy breathtaking views from upper balconies overlooking countryside and the sea, stretching to Aphrodite’s Rock and Paphos.
Outside, the freeform 15m pool with overflow edge and adjacent Jacuzzi offers ultimate relaxation. Furnished terraces provide sunbathing, dining, and lounging spots. The landscaped gardens lead to a private tennis court and a covered barbecue area, ideal for al-fresco dining with stunning vistas.
Note that the tennis court is not floodlit or fenced.
