The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a spacious living area with a large sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, plus a guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and a modern dining table by patio doors opening onto a balcony,perfect for alfresco dining with breathtaking views.

Downstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, garden access, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, double vanity, and WC.
