Villa Del Mar is spread out in 600 sqm and consists of 4 main houses comprise a gated private villa; The main villa, a pool house, and 2 guest houses. Entering the main villa; a large bright living room with fireplace is combined with an open plan classic elegant wooden dining room. Next, to it, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen is located. The same floor features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & dressing area and the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The upper level, or attic, features an independent Guesthouse suite with bedroom ensuite bathroom, a convenient kitchenette, comfy sitting room and provides access to a private roof terrace. Adjacent to the infinity pool is the Pool Guest House, which is spread out across two levels and has breathtaking views of the cliff, beach and Naxos Island. The ground floor features the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room, and open plan kitchen. The lower level has a separate guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an independent entrance and a private courtyard. The second Guest house contains a double bedroom with bathroom, a living room with dine area and kitchen.
