Villa ‘’Ulmo Deus VII’’ comprises of 334 sqm built on three levels. The ground floor

open plan kitchen which has a secondary entrance and a master bedroom with en
suite bathroom and amazing botanical garden views. On the upper level you will find
a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a private terrace and sea views. The lower
level consists of a staff room with a double bed and a bathroom, and no view, along
with a secondary kitchen and living room space. The interiors are furnished with
