Rooms
Sea Pearl Villa uniquely combines privacy with the set-up and services of a 5* hotel. This means guests can enjoy the spaciousness and advantages of sharing the common areas, while they can also retreat to their comfortable suite-like rooms that boast an area of 35 sq. m each. Each room is made for the privacy and autonomy of its guests, and exudes a soothing sense of relaxation through its white and calming colours tones.
Luxurious elements comprise the rooms’ interiors and all feature large, en suite, marble bathrooms with wooden floor showers. Elegantly decorated with high quality materials and furniture, each of the 9 rooms feature amenities such as a mini bar, TV, a steel safe and spacious wardrobes for guests’ ease and convenience. Some rooms also have an interconnecting option making them ideal for families.
The rooms are across three levels that all face the gulf and the beach, this way ensuring sea view is available from every room. Each also features a sizeable balcony with a sitting area where guests can enjoy the cool breeze and ambiance of the Mykonian summer, yet still retain their privacy while taking in the gorgeous views.
Ground level accommodation is comprised of one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, pool and sea views with immediate access to the outdoor pool area. One spacious double room with garden view is also located on the ground floor, and shares the same luxurious amenities as the rest of the rooms.
On the second level there are two master bedrooms and two double bedrooms sharing the same characteristics of the ensuite marble bathroom with shower, sea views and balconies with a sitting area, spacious wardrobes and high end furniture.
The third level features two master bedrooms and one double, all sharing the same luxurious facilities of an ensuite marble bathroom with shower, sea view balconies with a sitting area, spacious wardrobes and high end furniture.

Set amidst an extensive lawn garden, a large seawater swimming pool will provide guests with many refreshing moments, complete with sunbeds & light pillow sunbeds and for absolute comfort while sun tanning. The pool has the possibility to be heated, allowing for it to be used during any season.
Relaxation area is conveniently located next to the swimming pool, separated by a glass pane to ensure the safety of younger guests especially, while Sea Pearl Villa also features an external, sea view Sauna with a capacity for 6 people.
A high tech BBQ is also part of the pool bar and gives guests the opportunity to arrange outdoor meals and feasts, whilst enjoying the sun and the pool, and the gorgeous sea views at the outdoor, shaded dining area.
The beach that is located at the gulf below Sea Pearl is our natural frontier. Accessible directly from the villa by way of a footpath, it is almost private allowing for the guests of our villa to enjoy the exclusive experience of having a beach of their own in Mykonos.

Standard Services
Sea Pearl runs a daily housekeeping service, ensuring that the villa is clean and tidy round the clock. We will transport guests from the port or airport upon arrival and departure as a standard.
