This stunning four-bedroom Mythos Villa in Alexander Heights offers panoramic Mediterranean Sea views in a luxurious, modern setting. The elegant living area features a comfy corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 10 by French doors with sea views. The sleek kitchen has dark marble surfaces and all modern appliances.
The ground floor includes a guest WC and a double bedroom with pool terrace access and en-suite shower. Upstairs, the spacious master suite boasts an emerald green king-size bed, balcony with sea views, and a granite-tiled en-suite with twin basins, bath, and shower. Two additional bedrooms, one double and one twin (zip & lock), each have en-suite bathrooms and sea or hillside views.
The lower ground floor houses a utility room and an extra en-suite bedroom.Outside, a large terrace with BBQ, sink, shaded dining area, sunbeds, and seating surrounds the 10m infinity pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
