The 300 m2 exquisite property expands into two levels, has 6 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
As you enter the Villa, there is a spacious living room with a TV ideal for relaxing while gazing at the wonderful view. A dining area (can host up to 12 guests) and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all modern equipment and amenities shares the immense open space of the living and dining room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open to the pool lounge from the vast open space lounging and dining area. On the same level, there are two ensuite bedrooms with Super-King-sized beds with french windows onto the pool area. There are also two more ensuite bedrooms with Super-King-sized beds that can be transformed into twin beds.
On the Lower Garden Level, there are two ensuite bedrooms with a Super-king bed.
The outdoor area includes a stunning 25m infinity swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi for 10 people. Patio areas with undisturbed views on the pool level with ample sun loungers and parasols. The 230m2 roof terrace completes the setup for a memorable accommodation experience and is the ideal location for gatherings or parties with your loved ones.
