Villa Description
The Villa develops on two levels, has 4 bedrooms, and can host up to eight guests & one staff member.

The Entrance Level includes a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest W.C. and a dining terrace under the pergola. On this level, there is also an additional outside lounge area under the pergola offering great sea views.

The Lower Level consists of two double bedrooms (the first one with two single beds in it and the second one with one double bed in it ), a shared full bathroom, the Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom without windows including one single bed (preferably used as staff room), a kitchenette and a shaded playground for children up to 8 years old.

The villa also provides guests with 1 baby cot for infants up to 2 years old. Finally, two extra guests can be accommodated in a pull-out double sofa bed.
