The luxurious 287m2 Villa Emilia lies on 2 levels, has 4 bedrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
On the Pool Level, there is a spacious living area with built-in sofas and a dining area for 10 guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the same level, there are two storage rooms and four ensuite bedrooms: Two Master bedrooms and two Twin/Double bedrooms with built-in closets large windows offering amazing sea views. Each room also has its own outdoor terrace, where the garden gives a sense of the local nature’s scent.
On the Lower level, interconnected with a staircase guests will enjoy a large playroom/gym area, hosting aerobic equipment, a children’s ping-pong table, and several board games.
Apart from the main building, on a lower floor plan level, Villa Emilia provides a separate Guest House with independent access and includes a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom with twin-double beds, a built-in closet, and a bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a beautiful pool area with comfortable sofas, loungers, sunbeds, bean bags, and a barbeque area with a dining table for gat5herings of alfresco dinners. Unleash yourself captivated by the unobstructed sea views.
