The villa lays on 2 levels is wheelchair friendly, has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a self-turning central fireplace with sliding doors leading directly to the pool area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with King size beds, transformable to 2 single beds instead with ensuite bathrooms with shower, separate walk-in dressings, a large private terrace with access to the pool and view to the sea in dressing, large private terrace, access to the pool and view to the sea.
On the upper floor, there is an open playroom/ TV room with a convertible sofa with 2 twin beds and 2 bedrooms: a Master bedroom, with 2 single beds, transformable to 1 king bed instead with ensuite bathroom, a single bathtub in the bedroom, separate walk in dressing, and a large bedroom with a King size bed, transformable to 2 single beds instead with ensuite bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to a large private Seaview terrace.
On the lower floor, there is the laundry room, a professionally fully equipped kitchen, private storage, a W.C. , a studio bedroom with two twin beds, a sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also access to the parking area.
The outdoor area will offer you relaxation and calm moments. With a large infinity Heated/Cooled Private Pool 12 x 5m, a jacuzzi for 5 people, an external covered lounge with fireplace, a dining area for 10 persons and sun beds, a large Playground for your Children, a Yoga area, a BBQ area and huge garden areas with flowers, herbs, and 250 olive trees.
