Villa Regenesis 1

Entering the villa, one finds the beautifully decorated living room, which offers amazing unobstructed seaviews and sunset views.
At the end of the room, there is a dining space that communicates directly with a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Behind the living room there is the first double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
On the same level, there is also a guest WC.

Going down on pool level, one finds 3 more bedrooms:
– One twin bedroom with a direct access to the ground floor garden – This bedroom also has a small lounge that could accommodate a third guest or a child
– One double bedroom with a door opening to the ground floor garden & pool area
– One double bedroom with seaview window
On the same level there are 2 bathrooms with walk in shower, shared among the 3 bedrooms

The PATIO
Opening the door from the living room area you reach the patio which is truly a dreamy spot: Half the area is pergola covered with a lrge dining table and a beautiful seating area, and also BBQ facilities.
The other half, directly communicating with the covered area, is an open terrace providing unmatched views of the sea, the pool area, as well as the sunset. This is really a place where you can relax, enjoy moments of tranquility and spend time with your group.

Villa Regenesis 2

The villa lies on two levels: The top level features a living room opening to a fantastic very large veranda, facing directly the sea to the west (amazing sunset views). The living room is directly connected with an open plan kitchen. On the same floor one finds a beautiful double bedroom also facing the sea, and a traditional bathroom with a shower.

Going down on ground level, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 twin beds. On the same floor there is also one more bathroom, shared among the two bedrooms.

Villa Regenesis 3

The 3rd villa of the complex lies again on 2 levels. On ground level, there are 2 bedrooms, one double & one twin bedroom. The twin bedroom offers amazing views of the sea and direct access to the yard where the pool is located. On the same level, there is a traditional bathroom with a shower. Going up on the 1st floor, one finds the open plan fully equipped kitchen, which is directly connected to the living room. A practical construction also allows the accommodation of 1-2 more guests in the small second living room that connects the kitchen with the main living space. On the same level, there is the third bedroom, a spacious double bedroom with a seaview, and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

The POOL
The Pool is very large, the size of a hotel pool, and due to its amazing architectural design, it looks like a natural continuation of the sea and the sky. Any time of the day can be special there, but especially sunsets are something unique.
