From the timeless, traditional cotto tiles in their signature dusky coral hue, to the antique pieces and intricate décor, every corner of the Residence exudes a rich Patmian vibe.

With room for up to 6 guests, this two-level gem promises an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table perfect for family meals. The inviting living room is the place to relax. The master bedroom on this floor features a luxurious king-size bed and a rejuvenating en suite bathroom. Here’s the secret highlight: the backyard veranda, your private haven for morning coffee and delightful breakfasts. Outdoors, your large and comfortable plunge pool awaits, along with a stylish outdoor dining area.

Head upstairs via an internal staircase to discover two more stunning bedrooms. Both offer captivating port views. One bedroom features a Queen-size bed with an en suite bathroom that showcases amazing vistas, while the other offers a King-size bed and a sofa bed.

But the pièce de résistance? The breathtaking front terrace that stretches for meters, offering views of both the port (Skala) and Chora with the Monastery. To enjoy that view “up-close and personal” you will find in the Patmian Residence your private telescope.
