Entering the foyer you will see a wonderful antique buffet and a sofa, 2 bedrooms, one with its own balcony, with double beds and closets all with original antiques, and 2 bathrooms, one interior. Also here, there is a space with a stone fireplace and a stone oven built around 1800 that can be used as an office, small living room or another bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has a very nice green buffet, white table and chairs, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.
One door on the first floor opens onto a large terrace and a small garden with trees. The second door leads to an external stone staircase to the second floor.
The internal wooden staircase and the external stone lead to the second floor, to the sunny living room with the two verandas and to a lovely bedroom with a white color Patmian style bed.
Here, on the second floor, the view of the sea and the mysterious aura of Patmos captivates and enchants you.
The living room is equipped with a beige sofa and armchairs and a wonderful recliner. The dining room is equipped with an antique table and eight chairs as well as a unique authentic antique buffet.
The house also has 8 individual controlled air conditioning units (cooling-heating) as well as a complete indoor installation for electric radiators, for a comfortable winter stay.
Although the house was built and finished about ten years ago it has never been inhabited by the owners, but has been maintained with impeccable love.
Great qualifications, its stone construction with high exterior and interior walls (cool in summer and warm in winter), its eastern location with plenty of sunlight, its many windows and the comfortable outdoor parking.
A wonderful Aegean house for permanent residence or for a dream vacation
