As the official holiday rental provider for Aphrodite Hills Resort, we offer our guests exclusive benefits and special discounts across a range of premium resort facilities.
A luxurious two-bedroom villa with high-quality furnishings and air conditioning throughout, conveniently located within walking distance of the Village Square.
The entrance opens into a lounge with two large sofas, flat-screen TV, sideboard, and stone fireplace. Double doors lead to a covered patio by the pool. The dining area has a wooden table with six chairs and patio doors to the outside. There’s also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
The modern kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Upstairs, the twin bedroom has zip & lock beds, bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open to a private balcony with views of the pool, golf course, and Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the golf course and sea.
Outside, a 10x5m pool with Roman steps sits on a spacious terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a large lawn. A pergola-covered patio with a round table and Gas barbecue completes the perfect outdoor space.

Pool Heating
- Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.)
- We require a minimum of 3 working days to arrange kerosene fuel delivery before the heating can be switched on.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made, so please ensure your request is submitted as early as possible.
Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Pool heating may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
** Kindly note that the fireplace is not operational.

- All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
