This stylish three-bedroom Superior Villa is perfect for families or friends, with high-quality furnishings, air conditioning throughout, and spacious outdoor areas including a beautiful overflow pool.
The open-plan lounge features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, with a dining area for six and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, oven, hob, microwave, and integrated dishwasher.
The ground-floor master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite marble bathroom. Upstairs is a twin bedroom (zip & lock beds) with a nearby marble bathroom. The third bedroom, on the lower level, also has twin zip & lock beds and an adjacent shower room.
Outside, a pergola-covered patio with dining table, sunbeds, BBQ, and a fragrant garden offers the perfect setting for relaxation or alfresco dining.On the back of the Villa there is also an outdoor Table Tennis.
Overall, this is an ideal property to enjoy relaxed, sunny days with family or friends. You just cannot go wrong!

Pet policy
The Aphrodite Hills Rentals ,welcome all well-mannered dogs which are housebroken, vaccinated and not bigger than 10 kilos. The administration reserves the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
Aphrodite Hills Rentals is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.
- Guest will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by the dog’.
- Release and Indemnification ( guest will agree to release, defend, and indemnify the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Manager) from any and all claims or damages related to the dog, including any claims by third-parties.
Booking condition:
- 7 Nights minimum stay
- Additional pet fee €300
- Damage deposit €500 – refundable after 3 working days.
- Pet, maximum 10kg
Kindly note:
- All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
- Receive a mid-stay clean for reservations made for minimum 4 days.
