Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your villa.
The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within 8 weeks of travel, the full amount will be due immediately.
Payments can be made securely by debit/credit card. Bank transfer may be available on request.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, cancellation charges will apply up to 100% of the total cost depending on how close to the arrival date the cancellation is made.
For most villas, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies if your booking is made more than 8 weeks before travel. Some villas may not offer this — please check before booking.
We will always try to offer you an alternative villa of equal standard at no extra cost. If no suitable equivalent is available, we may be able to offer higher-standard options — if you’d like to upgrade, you can pay the difference. If you’d prefer not to, a full refund will be issued.
Some villas require a refundable security deposit, which is set by the villa owner. This can range from £500 to £2,000. It will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has been reported.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Times may vary by villa. Please ask us before booking if you require flexibility.
Yes, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
No. Parties and events are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing by the villa owner.
Occupancy must not exceed the number stated in the villa listing. Exceeding this may result in termination of your booking without refund.
Most villas include utilities (water, gas, electricity), linen, and towels. Pool heating, air conditioning, and extra services (chef, housekeeping, transfers) may carry an additional charge.
