If money is due back Link
Any amount due back must first be confirmed under the applicable booking terms. Processing and bank settlement are separate stages, so no universal arrival time is promised on this page.
Supplier or property cancellation Link
If the accommodation provider cannot perform the confirmed booking, contact Bnbstay using the details in the booking documents. The response and any alternatives or repayment will depend on the confirmed booking and applicable law.
