Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted based on the individual cancellation policy set by the villa provider. If your cancellation falls within the eligible refund period, you may receive a full or partial refund as indicated on the listing page.
Valid Refund Scenarios
In rare cases where your villa becomes unavailable due to double-booking, technical errors, or provider-side cancellations, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you immediately and assist with finding alternatives if needed.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided for no-shows, last-minute cancellations beyond the villa’s policy, or for failure to meet check-in requirements. It’s important to read and understand the cancellation terms before booking.
Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. It will be credited back to your original payment method. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
