Bnbstay is a platform that facilitates villa bookings between travellers and property owners or managers. When you book through us, your agreement is with the villa provider, not Bnbstay itself.
User Responsibilities
Users must ensure the booking details they provide are accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to follow the villa’s policies regarding check-in, occupancy, use of amenities, and behavior during your stay.
Payment Terms
Some listings may require full payment at the time of booking, while others allow a deposit with the balance due before arrival. Each villa page clearly outlines its specific payment requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Each villa has a unique cancellation policy. Refunds and cancellation terms are strictly based on what is mentioned on the property listing. Please review these terms carefully before completing your booking.
Liability Disclaimer
Since Bnbstay does not manage or own the villas, we are not liable for issues that may occur during your stay. However, we aim to support you by mediating communication with the property provider if problems arise.
