A sea view describes what you can see, not how quickly you can reach the shore. Choose Beach Villas when access or walking distance is the priority; choose Sea View Villas when the outlook from named living or outdoor spaces matters most.
Private pool or heated pool?
A private pool is reserved for the guests in that villa. Heated describes how the water temperature is managed. A pool can be both, but heating dates, notice and charges vary and must be checked for the individual stay.
Large group or celebration villa?
