Overview
Villa Levanda is situated just outside of the picturesque village of Nikiana, which is a 15-minute drive from Lefkada city center. Right next to it Villa Olivia, a sister property is located. Each property is 220 sq.m and is built in a 2000 sq.m plot; with parking, private pool and a private garden, offering guests privacy and a sense of serenity.
Villa Levanda has four levels. On the ground floor two out of the three bedrooms are located. On the semi-basement, guests will find a recreational area equipped with a TV and a billiard table. In addition, washing and ironing facilities are also located in this area. The main entrance of the property is located on the raised ground floor.
As guests enter the property they walk into a spacious living room, equipped with TV and DVD/ radio player, that leads to a shaded veranda which is ideal for alfresco dining. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is also located on the same level. Lastly, the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony offering exquisite view, is located on the upper floor.
The private outdoor area of Villa Levanda offers a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a barbeque.
The villa is ideal not only for families, but also for friends seeking to have an enjoyable stay at the magnificent island of Lefkada.
