The villa features three independent properties within one building, providing ample space and privacy for up to 12 guests. The ground floor (62 m2) includes an open-plan living area with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The first floor (40 m2) has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an outside mezzanine with another queen-size bed. The lower level provides an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with two single beds, and one separate bedroom with a queen-size bed.
The outdoor setting of the estate is equally impressive, showcasing an infinity pool, sun loungers, and lounge sofas. Guests can savor a rejuvenating swim, relax under the outdoor shower, or cook up a delightful barbecue meal in the designated area. The lush garden area further enhances the inviting atmosphere of a summer vacation.
