Secluded Villa (Villa 1) of 100 m2 has a beautifully appointed space featuring one queen sized bed and two single beds or one King sized bed, all set in close proximity to our organic vegetable garden.
This elegant split – level haven, has a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and a powder bathroom on the ground floor.
Ascending to the top floor there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that overlook the rolling hills of Trapezaki and has uninterrupted sea views.
Outdoor Amenities
The villa’s outdoor space spans 365 m², designed for privacy, comfort, and effortless relaxation. The Luxury Villa features its own independent exterior entrance along the perimeter of the property, secured with a personal pin code, leading to a private parking area for up to two vehicles, including an EV charger for electric cars.
The outdoor spaces are crafted for leisurely enjoyment. A private infinity pool is surrounded by elegant sun loungers, while the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area make alfresco dining a pleasure. An outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch, ideal for cooling off between swims or after a day in the sun. Guests can relax at the bar seating area, outdoor lounge, or enjoy meals in the dedicated dining space — perfect for gathering and enjoying warm Mediterranean evenings.
What makes this villa truly special is its tranquil setting and its close proximity to the on-site Harvest Garden. Guests can explore and handpick fresh seasonal produce, adding a unique and authentic touch to their stay while enjoying the calm and privacy of this serene corner of the estate.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Other policies
No events, parties, or gatherings are permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in writing by the Owner. Any approved event will incur an additional event fee, as determined by the Owner, and the Guest is responsible for all associated costs.
