Nestled among stone mansions and cobbled alleys, this elegant three-story home (105 sqm) combines authentic character with modern comfort and discreet luxury.
Here, the mountains whisper serenity and every corner invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
The space
You’ll be greeted by a few gentle “guardians” - our soft bears at the windows - a warm nod to the nearby Arcturos Bear Sanctuary and the wild beauty surrounding Nymfaio. The chalet accommodates up to seven guests, with interiors crafted for comfort, style, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Step outside to enjoy the eco-jacuzzi in the courtyard (May–September, optional €25/day for heated water).
- Ground floor: Spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.
- Lower level: Cozy bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom - a quiet haven for rest and relaxation.
- First floor: One bedroom with a double bed, and another room with a bunk bed and a PlayStation 5, perfect for family fun or entertaining friends.
Every detail in the chalet blends elegance, comfort, and a playful touch of mountain magic. Relax in the jacuzzi, enjoy a warm fire, or challenge friends on the PlayStation - your stay is designed to delight both body and soul.
Our team will welcome you, hand over the keys, and guide you through the house. We are available at any time to ensure your stay is seamless. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to use the fireplace or jacuzzi so we can prepare everything for you. For the fireplace, the first basket of wood is complimentary; each additional basket costs 15.00 EUR.

- Option 1: Small lot in front of the house (2–3 spaces, best in spring/summer due to snowfall during winter).
- Option 2: Village square parking, 50–70 meters away — accessible year-round.
- Option 3: Large parking at the village entrance (≈500 meters) for peak season or snowy days.
