In addition, the house is eco-friendly and designed with resilience in mind. We’ve implemented an advanced rainwater drainage collection system where rainwater and runoff from the property, like terraces and rooftops, are captured, stored in tanks, and then used for household needs and for watering the gardens. This system ensures that no water is wasted and contributes to the water self-sufficiency of the house.
Furthermore, the entire estate (about 2.32 acres) is equipped with a comprehensive rainwater management system that uses French drains, infiltration systems, and an underground reservoir. This allows us to naturally recharge the island’s groundwater supply.
