The Grand Family Villas comprise three independent residences, nestled amidst Mediterranean gardens and beautifully landscaped grounds. Thoughtfully designed with modern earth tones and a touch of Cycladic charm, these villas provide a perfect retreat for families and small groups of friends. Each villa features a private entrance, is fully equipped for comfort, and includes open parking for two vehicles.

The villa offers 120 m² of living space distributed across two levels. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into an open-plan area featuring a fully equipped kitchen and dining zone. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy living room, styled in traditional Cycladic design, with direct access to the main shaded veranda. This level also includes two comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which opens directly onto the villa’s main veranda. A staircase inside the villa ascends to the upper level, where the master bedroom awaits, complete with its own bathroom and a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea, gardens, and swimming pool.
