Check the criteria below to see if your stay qualifies for a Sunshine Guarantee claim. All four conditions must be met.
Experienced rainfall on 50% or more days of your stay
Booked between 1 May – 31 July 2026
Travelled between 1 May – 30 September 2026
Submit your claim by 31 October 2026

If the weather during your stay did not meet expectations and your booking is covered by our Sunshine Guarantee, please complete the form below. If eligible, we will make it up to you!
Terms & Conditions
Please read the full terms and conditions before submitting your Sunshine Guarantee claim.
- 1 To be eligible, you must have experienced rain on at least 50% of your stay, and you will need to provide proof — such as weather reports, photos, or a video of the rainfall.
- 2 Your stay must be 5 nights or more, booked between 1st May – 31st July 2026, with travel dates between 1st May – 30th September 2026.
- 3 To make a claim, simply submit the form above and we'll be in touch within 28 working days.
- 4 If your claim is successful, you'll receive £100 in VIP credit to put towards your next holiday, valid until 30th November 2026.
- 5 Be sure to submit your claim by 31st October 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
