• The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a window offering breathtaking sea views.
• The third bedroom includes twin beds adorned with fine cotton linens for a peaceful night’s sleep, along with an en-suite bathroom.
• The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and opens onto a private, furnished balcony with stunning vistas.
• The fifth bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own balcony, with these two rooms sharing a full bathroom.

The living area complements the sleeping quarters with a sofa bed, a computer desk, a shared wardrobe, a storage area, and a laundry room. Villa Domenica is a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, a true home away from home that you’ll never want to leave.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Domenica are the true heart of this idyllic retreat. The expansive upper veranda wraps around the villa, offering sweeping views from north to south and west. It features a built-in sunbed with a view of Antiparos, a dining area that seats 12 guests, a seating area for up to 12 guests, and striking hammock chairs for ultimate relaxation. The 14 sq/m pool, with a depth of 1.3 meters, is located on the same level as the bedrooms and includes a jacuzzi and a separate seating area.

Villa Domenica also boasts two additional levels: one designed for gatherings, complete with a dining area for 12 guests, sunbeds, and plenty of space to socialize; and a private haven, completely secluded and offering a large sunbed that accommodates up to two guests. With six distinct and fully independent outdoor spaces, all sheltered from the sun and wind, Villa Domenica offers the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors in comfort at any time of day.
