Aspasia is a spacious 93 m² upstairs unit, part of the Alekos Beach Houses complex, located at the back of the extensive grounds amidst olive and pine trees. This family-friendly, comfortable apartment offers a bright, welcoming living area that opens onto a wide balcony running the width of the building, overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, with a dining table, and there is an additional balcony accessed from the kitchen which catches the afternoon sun.
The apartment has two quiet bedrooms, accessed via a separate hallway. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom has two single beds with an additional bed available upon request. The family bathroom, with bath, shower, and washing machine, is located between the two bedrooms. There is also a sofa in the living area that can be converted daily into a double bed, and a baby cot with a high chair can be provided on demand. The apartment can comfortably host up to five guests. The property features three air-conditioning units, two flat-screens smart TVs and stable free Wi-Fi. The large balcony running the width of the house is equipped with a table for outdoor dining.
Just steps from the house is the almost-private beach, where guests can enjoy sun loungers, beach umbrellas and kayaks. The flat, lawned garden, shared with other accommodations on the site, is separated from the beach by a secure fence, and there is a well-equipped outdoor BBQ, one gas and one traditional charcoal, for guest use.
Authentic Greek taverns and traditional grill houses are nearby for ouzo, cold beer, or famous souvlaki in a 400 meters walking distance. The apartment is located just a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes cycling ( with our free of charge bicycles) or 2-minute drive (2 km) from Lixouri town, close to a large supermarket and local amenities. The airport is 8 km from Argostoli, from where the ferry to Lixouri takes just 20 minutes. Apartment management is handled by the concierge, who can arrange any service you need, either in-house or off-site, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
