The luxurious newly built villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers. The villa is built with stone and it is literally on the sea shore with direct access to the beach. In case of windy sea a large private pool is available and a hot tub. 5 min walk to the grocery store or restaurant.

Villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury.
The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue.
The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom and a forth double bedroom with no windows.

Important Notice:

The main house can be used by 6 people. If guests are over 6, the studio can also be used by 2 people for an extra charge of 40 euros per person.
