Villa Description
The 520 m2 villa Cecilia lies on 3 levels (all of them may be accessed by the stairs or the lift of the villa), has 6 ensuite double bedrooms (plus 1 ensuite staffroom/staff in house) and can accommodate for up to 12 guests.
On the Ground Level, there is a comfortable living room with a dining room which opens to the main outdoor area with the pool and the outdoor lounge areas with a dining area, a modern fully equipped open plan kitchen (secondary,) and a guest WC.
On the same Level, there are 3 ensuite double bedrooms, one bedroom with sea/pool view, a queen bed and a double rain showers/sinks, second bedroom with property view, a queen bed and a double rain showers/sinks. The third bedroom features property view, a queen bed which may be also set as a twin bed, and a double rain showers/sinks.
On the First Level, there is a main entrance and reception area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen space (principle).
On the same Level, there are 2 ensuite double bedrooms with sea views, a queen bed and a double rain showers/sinks. One of them is a master bedroom with unlimited panoramic sea views. Both bedrooms open to the first-floor terrace with built-in lounge areas and the fire pit. The staff room is also located on this level, right next to the kitchen, and has its own bathroom.
On the Second Level, there is a main master bedroom with a queen bed with panoramic sea views and a walking closet, which opens to the terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi, offering amazing Aegean sea views.
The outdoor space features several lounge and dining areas, BBQ, Jacuzzi, and the 13m x 5 m infinity pool and a fire pit. The beautiful Aegean sea views along with the blue sky create a memorable scenery.
