Villa Description
Villa Eterea sits on a huge 2000 sq.m. plot, it has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 guests.
It has 2 levels with 2 separate guesthouses. The main villa covering 308 sq.m. has 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, a large living area with a home cinema, a dedicated dining area and sea-facing furnished terraces. Additional storage area is also attached to the main house.
The 2 separate guesthouses have one double bedroom each with en suite bathrooms and separate kitchenettes and access to the pool area.
Outside, the large infinity pool of 42 sq.m. (including an hydro-massage system at its walls) is the piece de resistance, fully furnished with poolside parasols and daybeds. A stone bar and a barbeque grill, an outdoor dining area and sea-facing lounging area make the villa all the more interesting. Moreover, an Air-Jacuzzi can be found on the 1st floor balcony, next to the master bedroom, giving guests the sense of sheer relaxation and wellness. Last but not least, the villa has an exclusive use of a 2.000 sq.m. plot (2 acres) with flowers, cactus and other decorative plants, while it features a private parking lot of up to six cars.
