villa serenity (by the sea) is a modern, contemporary, fully furnished villa of 360 sq.mtrs and one acre of plants, fruits and decorating trees, located in the heart of kymi. The villa is characteristic of a small museum, because its decoration is of high quality s material with stucho veneciano and vetro in glass technique, its curtains are of pure silk and coppies of Fornasseti s paintings, most of the lights are of famous Architects from Milano and all its decoration has designed by Greek Architects, one of them is Mr. G.Kritharis. It can serve nine persons.there are 4 bedrooms, luxury kitchen of all amenities, living and dining room, desk room, big verandahs with city, mountain and sea view. in master bedroom of 50 sq.mtrs there are: fire place (there is one extra in living room), cloakroom, secretaire and a big zaccuzi bath. there are 2 luxury baths and 2 wcs. on the loft there are 3 single beds, 1 wc and 1 mini refrigerator. all other bedrooms have queen size beds with mattresses of high quality, anatomic, orthopedic and hypoallergic, not only for sleeping but also for living. independent main entrance. free of charge: wifi (code given upon arrival), 2 car parking positions, satellite tv and airconditioning in all rooms, aparatus excercise. villa is of three levels with stairs. there are beaches in short distance, the famous honeftiko with curative springs and lots of mountains for adventure and excursions. there are also supermarkets, restaurants, bars and lots of shops, big hospital as well. we can show you around. furthermore, those who love andentures, our district can offer gorgeous places for walking, diving, swimming, climbing and riding. please, do not forget to try it. first food facilities for your first breakfast are free of charge. a wellcome drink with sweets and snakcs are waiting for you. keys are given to you upon your arrival along with additional information. our folklore museum will surprise you with its performances, during summer period, as well as lots of events are happening during summer that will leave you speechless. please do not miss to taste local cuisine, we can teach you some recipes if you wish. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
